Great Widgets for Your Blog

Widgets are cool things which can add some flare and uniqueness to your blog. Whether you’d like to show your latest visitors, your live blog traffic stats or some image photo stream, you can do it with widgets.

There are hundreds of widgets found in the net. I have listed some 5 useful and cool widgets for your pleasure. You can go through the list and have a test drive of each widget in your blog. Try to experiment which one's are best for you. I'll be adding some more come my next post.

MyBlogLog's Recent Readers - This widget is one cool stuff! It lets you see the avatars of recent visitors to your blog, provided that they are also members of MyBlogLog.

FEEDJIT Real-time Blog Traffic Feeds
FEEDJIT provides real time traffic data directly in your blog’s sidebar. It even lets you know the location of your reader around the globe.

ClockLink - This one displays the time in various time zones with a very neat Flash clock.

Flickr Photo Flash Badge - Displays an animation of images from your Flickr profile with a handy Flash photo stream.

RockYou Horoscope - Well, this is something I would not personally use, but some people are into horoscope. Hell, most people are into horoscope. Anyway, this widget shows horoscope (doh!) and does it in a nicely designed colorful box.
